TransGeneration is an eight episode documentary series depicting the lives of four transgender college students during the 2004/2005 school year as they attempt to balance college, their social lives, and their struggle "to merge their internal and external selves" while gender transitioning.

- 1. Episode 1The start of the school year finds Gabbie, a sophomore at the University of Colorado, comfortable with being out as a male-to-female transgender person. Lucas, a neuroscience major at Smith College in Massachusetts, is weighing his options on medical treatments as a female-to-male transgender person. Graduate student and Fullbright scholar T.J. attends Michigan State University where he is out as a female-to-male transgender person and political activist, but comes from Cyprus where his family and community know him as Tamar.
